"I’m hoping you receive this e-mail since I guessed at your address. My wife and I went to the Couples’ Club play and enjoyed it once again – great job! We just had the timing belt on my wife’s Eclipse changed last week at the Mitsubishi dealership and I wanted to bring to your attention that John Robinson was a real pleasure to deal with and is a great employee. I did not previously know John, but it’s b/c of employees like him that customers will choose to return in the future. I don’t normally do this, but felt compelled in this case.
